I connect business strategy, design and hands-on building to make new ways of working understandable and usable.
Across my time in agencies, large organizations and new ventures, I kept seeing promising ideas lose coherence between the strategy and the work. Building became a way to close that distance, and to discover what the strategy had overlooked.
For more than 20 years, I've helped some of the world's largest brands and agencies navigate changes in how brands are built, from the early web and digital platforms to social, content, connected experiences and now AI.
I've held leadership roles at Ogilvy, WPP and Olson, built and advised ventures, and developed capabilities that bring emerging technology into the way organizations work.
That experience lets me move between the business question, the product experience and the way the work gets done. I stay hands-on with the technology so that what we build can challenge the original thinking and make the requirements clearer.
Today, I'm Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Veylan, where we're building an enterprise platform for AI agents and workflows. Veylan is a team effort across technical architecture, product and experience design. My contribution focuses on how people direct, inspect and intervene in the work, and how the experience makes complex capabilities usable.
oneone3 is my design practice and the home of these explorations. I write to form a point of view, prototype to explore a possibility and build to expose what it requires. The work reaches across business strategy, product design, creative systems and organizational models.
Futureminded is where I publish the thinking behind my design practice and the questions that develop along the way.
The ambition is to give people and agents the capacity to do more useful, distinctive work, with experience improving what happens next. Each exploration makes an opportunity concrete enough to assess: what is worth building, what it requires and what we still need to learn.
